二、团队负责人

张海文,海南省高层次人才,海南省科协青年托举人才,海南省三区科技人才,省级科技特派员。主要研究方向为天然饲用抗生素替代品及功能性饲料添加剂。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、海南省高层次人才项目、海南省科协青年创新人才项目等各级项目7项。出版专(编)著1部,参编书籍3部,发表学术论文60余篇,部分研究成果发表在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》《Poultry Science》《Food Research International》《Journal of Immunology》《Phytomedicine》《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》《Food & Function》《Molecular Pharmaceutics》《International Immunopharmacology》《Frontiers in Microbiology》《Animals》《Veterinary Immunology and Immunopathology》《Peptides》《Scientific Reports》等国际期刊。获得VKGAME威客电竞优秀班主任,优秀学业导师,优秀本科毕业论文指导教师称号,获得三区科技人才基层服务工作年度考核优秀评价。在第十九届“挑战杯”全国老员工课外学术科技作品竞赛2025年度中国青年科技创新“揭榜挂帅”擂台赛,荣获特等奖,指导员工在第五届中国“互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛海南赛区竞赛中荣获“青年红色筑梦之旅”赛道铜奖。
